Episodes 1–3 of Fourth Feathers TV (FFTV), an open, community-based TV station inviting contributions from members and visitors of Fourth Feathers Community Centre.
This project was commissioned as part of Communal Knowledge and made in collaboration with Fourth Feathers Youth Club.
Fourth Feathers TV is supported by Westminster City Council Neighbourhood Fund Programme.
Born in Kherson, Ukraine and now based in London, Kats is an artist, musician and dancer whose practice addresses locality, collective forms of research and knowledge as a spatial discipline.
