University of the Arts London is a university group consisting of several colleges including: Chelsea College of Arts, Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, London College of Communication, Wimbledon College of Art and Camberwell College of Arts.
The Showroom also participates in the annual AWP Internship Programme for recent graduates from University of the Arts London. The candidates are the first in their family to attend a higher education institution, who studied at any college or course at UAL. The AWP internships provide high-quality internships, paid at above the London Living Wage, in defined roles set in advance. At The Showroom, the interns participate in projects, communications and other ad-hoc duties that provide The Showroom’s team with crucial assistance in the appropriate management of projects and events and how they are communicated to the public, as well as supporting the organisation across all of its activities.
