Beatrice Gibson

Beatrice Gibson (b.1978) is an artist and filmmaker based in London. Gibson's film A Necessary Music, made in collaboration with composer Alex Waterman, won the Tiger Award for best short at the Rotterdam Film Festival (2009). The Future's Getting Old Like The Rest Of Us (2010), was commissioned by and screened at Serpentine Gallery, in partnership with Camden Council as part of the Skills Exchange programme. Agatha (2012) premiered in competition at the Rotterdam Film Festival and won special mention at the Courtisane Film Festival in 2012.
